 Check-in from: 3:00 pm

Check-out until: 11:00 am

•           Payment Updates: Please contact us immediately if booking for someone else.

•           ID Required: Passport or driver's license must match the reservation name at check-in.

•           Pre-Authorisation: We may hold an amount on your credit card. The same card used for booking must be presented at check-in.

General Information:

•           Age Limit: Minimum Age: 18 | Maximum Age: No age limit. ARK Wembley is an adult only property.

•           Non-Smoking: The entire property is smoke-free. 

•           Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

 Gym opening times: 24/7

Internet: Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

 Parking:

Limited car parking is available at £20 per car, per night and is subject to availability. To secure your space, you must contact us at least 48 hours before you arrive. Email: reservations@arkcoliving.com or call: +44 (0) 20 3921 0562.

 Room Cleaning

For stays of 1-6 nights, housekeeping will be provided on the 4th day. For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning will be provided as usual.

If you require a room refresh, additional toiletries or towels during your stay please contact The Hub team.

 House Rules:

•           Smoking/vaping is not allowed. If guests are found smoking/vaping on the premises they will be fined GBP 200.

•           Pets are not allowed.

•           Parties/events are not allowed.

 Cancellation & Prepayment Policies:

Prepaid Non-refundable rate:

Non-amendable and non-refundable in case of cancellation, early departure, or no show. Fully prepaid at the time of booking. In case of a no-show, early departure or late cancellation total cost of nights booked is charged.

Flexible rate:

Booking can be amended or cancelled free of charge up to 3pm one (1) day prior to arrival. Full payment is taken after 3pm 24h prior to arrival after which booking becomes non-amendable and non-refundable in case of cancellation, early departure, or no show. In case of a no-show, early departure or late cancellation total cost of nights booked is charged.

Payment method:

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard. The same credit card used to make the booking must be presented at time of check-in along with an ID.

Pre-authorisation:

To check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, we reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount during your stay.

 Offers:

Offers are subject to availability and not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or on group bookings. Discount may vary based on length of stay:

ARK Wembley reserves the right to change, modify, supplement or cancel terms and conditions or offers featured at any time without notice. Changes will be effective as soon as they are published.
