We're at E14 9YF, a 2 minute walk from Crossharbour DLR Station and a 10-15 minute walk from Canary Wharf station. Our space is close enough to the action but with a crucial degree of separation, for that balanced life we’re all searching for.

The check-in and check-out times for short stay members are:

Check-in : 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Late check-out (until 4:00 PM) is available for a fixed fee of £45. 

The credit card used to make the booking must be presented at time of check-in along with an ID. If you've made a booking on behalf of someone else please contact us immediately to update the payment details.

Pre-authorisation: To check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, we reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount during your stay.

Yes, lots of our members work or run their businesses from our spaces. When you stay or live with us you get access to a workstation in your own studio and a huge variety of stylish co-working spaces. All the important essentials are taken care of from choice of spaces, printing, meeting rooms and fast Wi-Fi. The best thing? It's all included in your membership fee.

ARK Canary Wharf is an adult only property. We cannot accept guests under the age of 18, even when accompanied by an adult.

At ARK you can stay for as little as one night, a few weeks or move in for up to 12 months at a time.

It's always best to book your whole stay in advance if you can, as the longer you stay with us, the cheaper it will be. You can either book via our dynamic nightly pricing system for stays of 1-89 nights or take advantage of our monthly bookings between 3-12 months, with discounted rates the longer you stay for.

You can renew as often as you wish, and we will always seek to accommodate however long suits you.

If you’re staying for less than a month, then either singles or couples can book via our dynamic daily booking system at no extra cost.

Staying for longer? We have assigned a selection of studios which are roomy enough for staying or living in with your partner at an additional cost.

There are only a few spaces, so they'll be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

If booking between 1-89 nights, you must pay for your stay in full and in advance.

If booking between 3 - 12 months, you can secure your stay by paying a non-refundable down-payment equivalent to 33% of a month's membership fee.

Monthly payments for the rest of your stay must also be paid in advance by standing order or Direct Debit. The payment date of each month is as shown on your booking confirmation.

What about deposits? We request a refundable security deposit equivalent to five weeks of membership fees. This deposit is a safeguard that will be used only if necessary to cover any potential losses or expenses resulting from any unintended breaches of the membership terms.
