Bookings are non-refundable. Full cancellation policies will be displayed under your rate type at the time of booking.
The same credit card used to make the booking must be presented at time of check-in along with an ID. To check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, we reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount during your stay.
Max 2 guests per room (adults only). Parking must be booked in advance due to the limited number of spaces on site and is subject to availability. Smoking is strictly not permitted. If guests are found smoking on the premises they will be fined GBP 200.
For stays of 1-6 nights, housekeeping will be provided on the 4th day. For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning will be provided as usual. View full property terms here.

Where exactly is it?
We're at E14 9YF, a 2 minute walk from Crossharbour DLR Station and a 10-15 minute walk from Canary Wharf station. Our space is close enough to the action but with a crucial degree of separation, for that balanced life we’re all searching for.
Is there a restaurant and cafe on site?
Mthr, our 20th floor, members bar and lounge offers a selection of wine, craft beers and snacks. View menu.
MAE is our ground floor coffee counter serving hot drinks, health shots and pastries. View menu. (Temporarily moved up to the 20th floor)
What are the check-in and check-out times for short stay?
The check-in and check-out times for short stay members are:
Check-in : 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out (until 4:00 PM) is available for a fixed fee of £45.
The credit card used to make the booking must be presented at time of check-in along with an ID. If you've made a booking on behalf of someone else please contact us immediately to update the payment details.
Pre-authorisation: To check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, we reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount during your stay.

Can I bring a child/children to stay with me?
ARK Canary Wharf is an adult only property. We cannot accept guests under the age of 18, even when accompanied by an adult.
